Elmarie Malan, a native of South Africa, has been in the USA since 1994. While in South Africa, Elmarie had her own successful clothing business. Elmarie was well aware of the use of electrotherapy for fitness and recommended it to many of the models who wore her fashions in shows.
Being adventurous by nature, Elmarie decided to journey to America in the early 90's. Adapting to the slower paced American lifestyle and high carbohydrate and fat diet took a toll on Elmarie. Soon she found herself carrying extra pounds, inches and cellulite.
Recalling the success of electrotherapy in South Africa she became a client at a electrotherapy salon in Beverly Hills.
Elmarie could not believe the results! Within 2 months she had lost 2 pant sizes! This inspired Elmarie to research health and fitness and soon she opened her own electrotherapy salon in Palm Desert.
Now, relocated in South Orange County, Elmarie has done thousands of electrotherapy treatments and has hundreds of happy, fit customers. She has not done much regular exercise in 10 years, but maintains a healthy, sleek, trim body by electrotherapy alone. "I do not recommend this for my clients," says Elmarie, "We still need regular exercise to strengthen the heart, I simply do not have time for it with my busy client schedule."
